Central Sun Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Kuta. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our operations in the area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all sales and marketing activities in the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and training.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
