📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the hotel.,Ensure the smooth running of housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel services.,Coordinate with staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for operations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Support the Supervisor in preparing reports and documentation for management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and mentor staff effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
