📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machine and other brewing equipment.
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, managing transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Assist in training new staff and supporting team members during busy periods.
• Monitor sales and provide feedback to improve our coffee menu and customer experience.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement new ideas and initiatives.
• Promote our coffee brand and engage with customers to build a loyal community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or cashier role, preferably in a coffee shop or fast-paced service environment.
• Proficient in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about coffee and customer service.
