📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate with the air cargo team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of shipments.
- Manage and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and shipments.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in air cargo logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field in the logistics or air cargo industry.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with air cargo logistics software and systems, such as CargoWise, IATA, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
