📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular sales reports and provide insights to the Outlet Manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
