📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff members.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
