📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate the internal audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations and standards.,Identify areas of risk and opportunity, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.,Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures.,Supervise and mentor junior auditors to ensure high-quality work and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
