Duta Elsa Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. You will work closely with our team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality services and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Conduct tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team on new developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.,Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality services and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.,Manage and mentor junior tax consultants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in tax planning and compliance.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including PPh, PPn, and other relevant tax codes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.,Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment is a plus.
