📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Performing a wide range of diagnostic tests including blood tests, urine tests, and other laboratory analyses.
Conducting drug tests to ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory standards.
Analyzing and interpreting test results to provide accurate and reliable information to healthcare providers.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure that test results are communicated effectively to patients.
Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all tests conducted.
Participating in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and drug analysis.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
Certification as a Medical Technologist or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
