Duta Indra Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by processing payments and providing receipts.,Manage cash drawer and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Maintain inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Assist in any other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic mathematics and computer skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Basic knowledge of healthcare products is a plus.
