📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the restaurant, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor and control the restaurant's budget, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Provide financial support to the management team, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external audits.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on financial procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B/restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
