📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the Centratama Group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the financial goals of the organization.,Maintain and update financial systems and software to support efficient reporting and consolidation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting for multi-entity organizations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
