📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary merchandise.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Maintain accurate financial records and report to the regional manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
