📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.,Provide product and service information to customers.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Support the telesales team in achieving sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a telesales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
