📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Manage the accounting department and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage the company's budget and ensure efficient use of financial resources.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
