PT Damar Mega is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards and deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
