Lead a team of fraud analysts in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our fraud detection systems.,Monitor and analyze fraud trends to identify emerging threats.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of our fraud prevention measures.,Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Work closely with the fraud operations team to ensure the timely resolution of fraud cases.,Stay updated with the latest fraud trends and best practices in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.,5-7 years of experience in fraud operations, fraud analysis, or a related field.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.,Knowledge of fraud detection systems and technologies.,Experience in working with financial institutions or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
