📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Train and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the clinic and attract new patients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or management roles.,Strong knowledge of dental products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
