📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
