📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit programs.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
