📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and coordinating internal audit activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management.
  • Providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Monitoring and evaluating internal control systems.
  • Collaborating with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and audit software is a plus.
