📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and distribution of medications.
• Ensure the safety and quality of medications by adhering to strict regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the pharmacy to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the effective and safe use of medications in patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of pharmacy and implement best practices in the workplace.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the pharmacy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.
• Valid pharmacy license and certification.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
