📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the Singapore Curriculum for Lower Secondary Science.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment to help students excel in Science.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those preparing for high school entrance exams.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall tuition experience for students.
• Utilize educational tools and software such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and educational apps to enrich the learning process.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Science to Lower Secondary students.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Curriculum and ability to adapt teaching methods to local educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
• Certification in teaching Science (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
