Bahagia Fitri Health Center is looking for a dedicated Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our health center. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our health center.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the health center, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.,Monitor and control expenses to ensure they are within budget.,Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role in a healthcare or related organization.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with health insurance and reimbursement processes is a plus.
