PT Cipta Mandiri is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring they are in good condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available for use when needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring cargo is handled safely and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and ensure they meet all safety regulations.,Coordinate with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles.,Ability to travel to remote locations as needed.
