Bahagia Krisna Bakery is looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping people grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Collaborate with management to address HR needs and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
