Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects,Collaborate with the resort management team to understand guest needs and preferences,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and luxury travel,Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality industry,Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth,Strong networking and relationship-building skills,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,Fluency in English, with knowledge of Indonesian language an advantage,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software,Valid driver's license and ability to travel,Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
