Cemerlang Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our in-house restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, meets customer expectations, and contributes to the overall success of the organization. This is a full-time position located in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintains a clean and pleasant environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer feedback, and staff turnover.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant services with the overall medical facility operations.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a medical facility setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and improving performance metrics.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
