📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs and assistants.,Ensure efficient inventory management and cost control.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure food quality and consistency in all dishes.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in menu planning and development.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Valid food handler's certificate.
