📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage ETL projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.,Design and implement data integration solutions to improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovation.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Technical System Analyst or similar role in ETL and digital transformation projects.,Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.,Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages.,Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
