📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various roles within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong network within the industry to identify potential candidates.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on the quality of candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of the home improvement and gardening industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
