📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile bank accounts and accounts payable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements for internal and external review.
• Support the accounts payable team by managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely payment processing.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
