📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving desktop and network issues
- Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems
- Document IT processes and create user manuals
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions
- Assist in monitoring system performance and security

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
