As a Body & Paint Service Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced technicians and contribute to the smooth operation of our service centre. You will be responsible for preparing vehicles for bodywork and paint jobs, assisting in the application of paint and clear coats, and ensuring that all services are completed to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of vehicles for bodywork and paint jobs, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Help apply and cure paint and clear coats using professional-grade equipment such as spray guns and ovens.
• Work alongside experienced technicians to ensure that all body and paint services are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles for any defects or imperfections and recommend necessary repairs or touch-ups.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as sandblasters, grinders, and paint mixing systems, to achieve high-quality results.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure that customer vehicles are delivered on time and meet our high standards of quality.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in automotive body and paint.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive bodywork or paint, preferably in a service centre environment.
• Familiarity with Volkswagen vehicles and their specific body and paint requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
