📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving desktop and network issues
• Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems
• Document IT processes and create user manuals
• Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions
• Assist in monitoring system performance and security
• Support the IT team in training and onboarding new employees
