As a Housekeeping Staff at Bread Yard, you'll perform a variety of tasks daily, including but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, changing linens, and ensuring all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness. You'll use industry-standard tools and software, such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HMS) to manage your tasks efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning according to established protocols.
• Use Housekeeping Management Systems (HMS) to manage tasks and track progress.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Change linens, towels, and bedding as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Ensure all rooms are ready for guest check-in according to our quality standards.
• Assist with special requests and events, such as weddings and conferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management systems (HMS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Bali's hospitality industry and local customs is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
